Step 1: Mindset

Focus on your Why you want to go Alcohol Free! List all the reasons then pick your top one and commit to it by rating out of 10 how much you want it!

Step 2: Journal

Now write the reasons why you do drink and challenge those beliefs, think about examples of the times you enjoyed without alcohol and had a positive experience without it!.

Step 3: Planning

Write a plan in your journal for potential hurdles and slip ups and have a plan how you will tackle those moments. Visualise these moments and your response to them!
